A global agribusiness and food solutions company is looking for an Associate HR Operations Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Support employees and managers by addressing routine HR inquiries related to benefits, time and attendance, and HR policies
* Conduct HR-related research on industry trends, processes, and performance metrics
* Assist with monitoring compliance with employee-related legislation and internal guidelines
* Participate in process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations
* Maintain and reconcile employee data and benefits records while resolving errors and exceptions
* Implement new hire, termination, and employee lifecycle processes and identify potential issues
Requirements:
* More than 2 years of relevant HR operations experience
* 1-2 years of experience in payroll operations, including social insurance and local benefits management
* Skilled in communication and teamwork
* Professional level Japanese; good level English
