A global entertainment company is looking for a Procurement Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute category sourcing strategies aligned with stakeholder priorities
* Drive cost savings through data-driven analysis, alternative sourcing, and critical thinking
* Standardise and optimise P2P processes across business units and operations
* Establish and manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and forecasting activities
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sourcing team in a matrix environment
* Enhance procurement policies, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing
* Experience managing large-scale projects
* Prior experience developing and implementing KPI's to track goals
* Native level Japanese and English
