TE Connectivity is a global company （stock: TEL） which serves multiple industry segments. Automotive BU is the biggest business unit within the company with annual revenue over 7 Billion USD across the 3 regions in EMEA Americas and Asia Pacific.
We’re hiring a Product Manager for Auto Asia Pacific team reporting to Sr. Manager Product Management Asia Pacific. This role will closely work with product management team in China Japan ASEAN and Korea as well as other key function teams such as sales engineering operations.
■Responsibilities
1. Product Innovation Drive product development evolution to build / maintain market leadership with:
・Proactive market trend analysis architecture research close customer communication to define target product.
・Prioritization with cross function alignment Lead to get resource needed.
・Competitor benchmark to understand product strength for GTM also improvement points for new product developme…

■自動車業界経験必須（新エネルギー車業界経験者歓迎）■
1. 8+ years of product management or sales engineering experience
（Engineer background is a great plus）
2.People management experience
3. 5+ years of automotive industry experience
4. Strong communication skills in cross function teams
5. Pro active and quick learner
6. Presentation skills
7. Excel/data analysis skills
8. Fluent Japanese and English
（Chinese skills are highly welcome）
