外資系食品メーカーでの募集です。■Business Financial Analysis （75%）
管理部門責任者・ファイナンシャルコントローラーのご経験のある方は歓迎です。
・Prepare the monthly rolling forecast （YTD actual + YTG forecast by SKU） in collaboration with stakeholders such as Sales Marketing Supply Chain and G A teams.
・Analyze P L variances.
・Analyze trends in supply chain costs・such as sea freight warehousing and delivery・and incorporate findings into the rolling forecast.
・Support the sales team with profit margin analysis to validate reasonable price reductions and trade spending.
・Analyze marketing spending to evaluate whether such investments generate appropriate profit.
・Perform GAP analyses comparing actual results versus budget/forecast by month year to date （YTD） and by Euro/JPY.
■Monthly Accounting Closing Activities （25%）
・Supervise the accounting shared service center’s closing operations and prepare the monthly closing schedule.
・Manage accruals for IFRS and inventory revaluations.
・Prepare analyze and report the accounting/tax package to the group …

■ Key Personality Attributes
・Entrepreneurial with a growth mindset
・Can do attitude ability to work independently and willingness to ask questions when necessary
■ Years of Experience:
・7+ years in accounting/finance
・At least 3 years in FP A or a controller role within a physical product based business
■ Experience Indutry Skills:
・Background in small to medium sized companies
・Hands on experience in process improvement with FP A （budgeting forecasting and actual reporting）
・Strong business partnering skills in the FMCG industry or businesses with physical inventory rather than Big4 or consulting firms
