アメアスポーツジャパン株式会社での募集です。・ Work with local vendor or Global IT support maintenance and management such as ERP BI tool and local IT application.
社内SE（アプリケーション）のご経験のある方は歓迎です。
・ D2C Project both offline an online and solution development for and implementation for O2O OMO function
・ Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders.
・ Optimize Stock allocation or solve stock management issues.
・ Perform risk management to minimize potential risk.
・ Ensure that all projects are delivered on time.
・ Provide training to users （both store and office users） regarding software hardware and troubleshooting techniques.
・ Manage system change and improvement of demand.
・ Analyze business process and propose improvement and implementation.

＜必須スキル＞
・ ERP system implementation or user support experience
・ Proven hands on experience setting up and optimizing action plan across multiple projects.
・ Strong knowledge of how business operate especially D2C area.
・ Adaptable and able to flex with changes on prioritization in order to meet new or changed target.
・ Fluent in business English/ Japanese communication
・ Expertise in Microsoft Office various Windows operating systems and networking
・ Degree in Computer Engineering/IT or equivalent
＜歓迎スキル＞
・ SAP ECC/ S/4 implementation or user support experience are plus
・ Customer EDI and B2B system implementation or support experience are Plus
・ POS system implementation or POS system support experience
