仕事内容: A global eCommerce company is looking for a Senior Account Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Serve as the main contact for restaurant partners after contracts are secured
* Advise partners on promotions, menu optimisation, and customer experience to drive growth
* Identify and resolve issues affecting restaurant performance or customer satisfaction
* Analyse performance data, develop dashboards, and report key metrics
* Manage and mentor a contractor team of 10-30 people, depending on assignment level
* Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to improve partner satisfaction
* Localise business strategies to fit the Japanese market
* Respond to urgent client needs outside regular hours when required

Requirements:

* More than 7 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or consulting
* Practical experience in leading and mentoring teams of 10-30 contractors
* Experience in industries such as Food, Logistics, IT Services, Insurance, Consulting, Startups, or B2B/B2C with a sales mindset
* Proficient in data analysis and reporting (Excel, dashboards)
* Native level Japanese; English or Korean are a plus
