A global food manufacturing company is seeking a Financial Controller.Responsibilities:
* Lead Japan financial operations in line with global finance models and policies
* Oversee SAP-based financial and management accounting structures and reporting
* Manage period close, year-end close, and finance system improvement initiatives
* Implement and maintain global internal control and audit remediation programs
* Direct credit control, balance sheet governance, and cash flow management
* Control overheads, payroll accounting, and cross-functional finance engagement
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of experience in finance
* Skilled in financial accounting and analysis
* Skilled in management reporting
* Professional level Japanese; business level English
Nice to have:
* Experience in controllership
* Possess valid Nissho Boki 2nd+ qualification
