A renowned semiconductor components manufacturer is looking for a People Partner.Responsibilities:
* Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies for BUs and Sus
* Plan and execute people-related programs that align with strategic objectives
* Lead talent, leadership, performance, and culture initiatives
* Drive adoption of regional and global HR COE programs
* Provide insights and recommendations using HR data analysis
* Advise managers and promote positive employee relations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources with exposure to Business Partnering and Center of Expert
* Experience in semiconductor, high-tech industry or manufacturing industries
* Prior experience in multinational companies
* Proven experience with very diversified environments
* Professional level Japanese; fluent level written and spoken English
Nice to have:
* Experience working for quick moving organisations like Venture companies
* Prior experience across geographies
