募集背景: A global machinery manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Representative (Key Accounts Sales Team). The selected candidate will manage key customer accounts, negotiate business terms, and coordinate internal and external activities to support sales and customer satisfaction.

仕事内容: A global machinery manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Representative (Key Accounts Sales Team).
Responsibilities:

* Navigate customer negotiations on pricing, payment, delivery, warranty, and maintenance support
* Manage operational interactions across various customer organisational levels
* Coordinate internal teams on sales planning, inventory, logistics, warranty, maintenance, and equipment development
* Organise seminars and training sessions for customers and partners as needed
* Address and resolve customer claims efficiently
* Prepare regular sales reports and conduct monthly business reviews with customers and headquarters

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above
* 3-5 years of proven experience as sales representative of equipment, services, ingredients or processed food to chain store customers in the food service industry
* experience within chain stores companies in the food service industry (coordinator or area manager in such operational areas as store development, purchase and maintenance of equipment, construction or similar is ideal)
* Proficient in written English

Nice to have:

* Overseas study experience
* Experience in a foreign capital company
* Prior refrigeration, food service and retail industries' background
