A global consumer electronics company is seeking a Demand Planner.Responsibilities:
* Analyse demand insights and build accurate short to long-term demand forecasts aligned with sales and marketing strategies
* Monitor product portfolio and market trends to support growth planning
* Optimise supply planning based on sales performance and forecast accuracy
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth new product introductions
* Reduce excess and ageing inventory through proactive analysis and collaboration with finance and sales
* Improve forecast and supply efficiency through continuous process alignment
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of business experience
* More than 3 years of experience in supply chain demand and supply planning
* Knowledge of SAP ECC, SCM / BI reporting
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Skilled in SAP Material Master Data maintenance
* Business level English; professional in Japanese
Preferred requirements:
* Experience in Kinaxis Maestro
