A multinational fitness equipment company is looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager.Responsibilities:
* Oversee the finance and accounting departments to ensure a robust financial infrastructure
* Manage the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and tax returns
* Supervise budgeting processes, financial forecasts, and related documentation
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team
* Develop internal control policies and procedures for budget, cash, credit, and accounting management
* Provide financial analysis, risk management, and support for strategic initiatives
* Coordinate and manage annual audits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* More than 6 years of experience in financial management
* Experience in audits, budgeting, financial reporting, accounting, and tax preparation
* Proficient in financial software and Excel
* Possess a valid CPA, CFA, or similar certification
* Business level Japanese and English
