A renowned recruitment professional services company is looking for a Senior Recruiter.Responsibilities:
* Lead vacancy discussions and define recruitment plans with hiring managers
* Advise on attraction strategies based on market trends and hiring needs
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers
* Ensure a seamless candidate experience from interview to onboarding
* Source candidates through diverse channels and techniques
* Develop talent pipelines and provide market insights to support hiring decisions
Requirements:
* Experience in recruitment (technology is ideal)
* Prior experience developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet client requirements
* Proven experience managing candidates through recruitment process
* Understanding of various candidate sourcing strategies (web sourcing, networking, advertising, and database searching)
* Professional level Japanese and English
