A global fashion company is looking for a Finance Controller.Responsibilities:
* Drive the planning cycle, ensuring robust forecasts and budgets that support strategic decision making
* Prepare and compile actual and planning financial reports, providing meaningful analysis to support management decisions
* Conduct in-depth reviews of actual and planned financials for business units and countries, identifying trends and opportunities
* Collaborate with countries and business functions to ensure timely and accurate sharing of information
* Provide relevant financial data and insights to other departments such as Marketing and Operations
Requirements:
* More than 3 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling
* Proficient in SAP or any ERP (Hyperion is preferred)
* Excellent MS-Office
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
* Excellent communication and networking abilities
* A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for working in a global environment
* Native level Japanese; business level English
