An international advanced materials science company is looking for an Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Maintain point of reference position and defend market share
* Resolve customer issues related to delivery, quality, and product change notifications
* Collaborate with business units to develop and deliver customer-centric solutions
* Engage with customer procurement teams to understand needs and drive satisfaction
* Analyse customer forecasts to provide accurate demand and revenue projections
* Ensure consistent communication with internal stakeholders to align customer strategies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in science, technology, engineering, chemistry, or business
* 3-5 years of experience in the Japanese semiconductor process and industry landscape
* More than 5 years of Business-to-Business sales experience
* Proven experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management
* Skilled in forecasting, data analysis, and logical problem-solving
Preferred requirements:
* Experience with Miller Heiman sales methodology
