A global equipment and machinery manufacturer is seeking a Sales Engineer, Industrial.Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with teams to meet sales and profit goals
* Analyse the market and align business efforts with company policies
* Engage with customers to understand needs and propose solutions
* Develop new business opportunities and nurture customer relationships
* Present customer value propositions and identify growth opportunities
* Provide sales forecasts and performance reports
Requirements:
* Experience in solution sales (direct sales is ideal)
* Prior experience with customers to solve their concerns
* Proven experience in sales at an industrial equipment manufacturer (end-user or dealer)
* Background in developing new customers and nurturing current customers
* Prior background with CRM
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Native level Japanese; proficient in English
