A global eCommerce technology company is looking for a Finance Operations Analyst.Responsibilities:
* Prepare complex sales and operational reports
* Perform client reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
* Serve as the financial point of contact for clients
* Conduct client meetings and deliver training on financial products and flows
* Monitor and resolve daily financial and operational queries
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including customer service, operations, tech, payments, product, and account management
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* Experience in a finance-related role
* Skilled in advanced Excel
* Proficient in Japanese; advanced level English
Preferred requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or another quantitative field
* Experience with SQL
* Proficient in Korean
