A global beverage company is looking for a Head of People.Responsibilities:
* Establish and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's mission and strategic vision
* Develop long-term HR plans and strategies to support business objectives
* Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on organisational and management issues
* Collaborate with executive management to plan and execute management succession strategies
* Develop strategic recruitment and retention plans to meet business human capital needs
* Design and implement competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits programs
* Lead the HR function, overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, and leadership development across multiple regions
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills to build relationships with employees and stakeholders
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Ability to influence and navigate cross-functional teams to achieve goals
* Bias for action and continuous improvement mindset
* Native level Japanese; fluent level English
