外資系高級洋菓子ブランドにおけるRetail HRBP Manager 案件です。。プレミアム小売業または顧客サービス主導型業界において、小売店舗および本社を支援するHRBP（人事ビジネスパートナー）としてご活躍いただきます。
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
•7+ years’ HR experience with at least 3 years in an HRBP role supporting retail stores and head office in a premium retail or customer service-driven industry.
•Solid IT literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and openness to leveraging new HR technologies and tools.
•Native in Japanese; business-level English required/preferable depending on role alignment.
•Strong knowledge of HR policies, HR best practices, and Japanese labor regulations.
•Experience working in retail businesses or foreign-owned companies strongly preferred.
•Demonstrated leadership behaviors: strategic thinking, entrepreneurship, resilience, growth mindset, and learning agility.
•Strong empathy for Company's mission, vision, and values, along with a servant leadership mindset and people-centric approach.
