A global technology solutions organisation is looking for a Billing Lead.Responsibilities:
* Coordinate order processing and billing activities across order management operations
* Supervise daily tasks and performance of the billing and order management team
* Review legal agreements to ensure completeness of maintenance billing terms and conditions
* Maintain and update equipment databases, including additions, movements, and cancellations
* Manage invoicing processes, including invoice preferences and revenue recognition validation
* Ensure adherence to internal procedures, policies, and compliance requirements
* Perform revenue reconciliation and monthly reporting with corrections and clarifications
* Maintain proper archiving and record retention in line with company policies
* Provide support for internal and external audits as required
* Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order management and billing
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
* More than 6 years of experience in order management and billing
* Proven experience working collaboratively with business teams, outsourced operations, and customers
* Professional level Japanese and English
Preferred requirements:
* Experience in outsourced or global multi-country environments
