A global advertising company is looking for an Accountant.Responsibilities:
* Prepare and input journal entries, expenses, revenue recognition, and data mining
* Manage fixed assets and related accounting
* Operate payment processes and expense claims
* Handle tax-related accounting operations
* Process invoices and maintain accounting records in SAP and related systems
* Perform bank transactions and direct debit processing
* Support monthly and annual closings and respond to audits
* Prepare various financial reports and handle internal accounting inquiries
* Perform general accounting-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of bookkeeping experience in accounting
* Experience in general accounting operations at business companies
* Proficient in advanced MS Excel
* Native level Japanese; business level written and reading English
Preferred requirements:
* Experience in multinational companies
* Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA
* Possess a valid bookkeeping certification (Nippon Kiei Bookkeeping Level 2)
