A multinational cybersecurity services company is looking for an AR Supervisor.Responsibilities:
* Lead and coach the AR team to drive performance and professional growth
* Oversee credit evaluations, risk analysis, and credit limit approvals
* Manage collections activities, overdue accounts, and payment negotiations
* Resolve billing and payment disputes in collaboration with internal teams and customers
* Prepare and analyse AR aging, collections, and credit risk reports
* Maintain accurate AR records, support month-end and year-end closing, and ensure compliance
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
* More than 4 years of experience in accounts receivable
* More than 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
* Knowledge of credit risk assessment, accounts receivable management, and collection techniques
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Professional level Japanese and English
Preferred requirements:
* Prior NetSuite ERP experience
