A global automotive company is looking for a Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Drive the RFI and RFQ process for assigned OEM accounts
* Serve as the primary customer representative within the company
* Coordinate cash-in and accounts receivable for customer invoices, including prototypes and investments
* Prepare and submit customer quotations on time
* Ensure receipt of all contractual documents related to customer projects
* Validate purchase order contractual obligations with the Legal department
* Review contractual and warranty obligations with corporate legal, customers, suppliers, and third parties
* Lead price negotiations and revisions during development and production phases, including replacement parts
* Monitor price revisions, invoicing accuracy, and payment consistency
* Support project profitability and continuous improvement of material margins
* Propose cost-saving initiatives and optimise cash flow
* Identify project risks and support action plan implementation
* Monitor customer scorecards and manage customer portals
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above (business is preferred)
* More than 10 years of experience in sales in automotive (Tier 1) or high-volume manufacturing
* Experience with the assigned OEM
* Experienced negotiator
* Financial literacy
* Good knowledge of the automotive industry
* Business level Japanese and English
