■プレイングマネージャーとしての活躍

【業務内容詳細】
- Manage day-to-day operations of Finance, Administration, and Logistics, ensuring internal controls and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Lead month, quarter, and year-end close and deliver accurate, timely Japan consolidated financial reporting in line with group and statutory requirements.
- Analyze business performance and drivers; identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities, supporting management decisions with KPIs.
- Prepare monthly forecasts, track deviations, and lead annual budget planning for Japan.
- Partner with management to improve profitability through pricing, margin and commission review, and cost control measures.
- Drive working capital and cash flow improvement (DIO, DSO, DPO), focusing on inventory reduction and credit risk management under divisional credit policy.
- Act as finance business partner, driving KPIs, tracking actuals vs. plan, and enabling timely corrective actions.
- Lead process improvements and change initiatives to improve efficiency, reporting, internal controls, and compliance.
- Develop and document finance processes; ensure compliance with corporate governance, DOA, finance policies, statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and corporate secretary to ensure timely compliance.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis, projections, and business insights.
- Work with HR on payroll, headcount, and related matters.
- Lead, develop team, coach members and review work quality.
- Collaborate with Division and BU Controllers locally and globally.
- Perform other duties assigned by MD, BU Controller, and APAC + China, and support key finance projects, including MXP and SAP initiatives.

- 必須

- 10+ years of relevant working experience (in audit firms / commercial).
- Proficient in IFRS with regional consolidation exposure
- Be able to balance local, regional & divisional requirements.
- Business level English, and native level Japanese
- Hands-on knowledge in ERP system i.e., Iscala, Cognos, TM1 and SAP
