欧州最大のコンサルティングファームでのOnsite Bilingual Hardware Engineer■The role
Reporting directly to the Onsite Manager and client Project manager. In charge of onsite Hardware design/testing
■Responsibilities
Hardware requirement gathering by discussing with client team.
Hardware requirement elicitation with the support of existing onsite team and offshore team.
Understand the Hardware design from the company onsite and offshore teams and make proactive suggestions to it.
Any improvements required, discuss the same with customer and share the feedback with onsite / offshore team
Involve in project planning, monitor the progress regularly (schedule, risks, quality, etc...)
Ensuring that the deliverables are reaching customer on time with expected quality
Reporting to client management and the company delivery management team on regular basis

■Mandatory
Must have Embedded (Electronic Hardware/Software) design knowledge.
English language ? Ability to communicate to on-site team
Must be able to work at on-site/client location
Experience: Min 5~8 Years
Keywords: Circuit design, Embedded hardware, PCB Layout, RTOS
■Preferred
Japanese level: Must be able to read and write Japanese and be able to communicate.
Experience / Knowledge of working on Zuken tool for electrical design (PCB design)
Experience / Knowledge of working on EMI/EMC/Electrical testing/Compliance testing.
Experience / knowledge in medical domain
English: Business level
Experience in managing the offshore team from Japan
Experience in supporting the business growth by working closely with customer
