An international luxury fashion company is seeking a Visual Merchandising Senior Manager.Responsibilities:
* Oversee design and execution of in-store displays, windows, and product layouts to enhance customer experience
* Ensure brand aesthetics and merchandising standards across events, pop-ups, concept stores, and permanent locations
* Manage budgets for props, flowers, fixtures, and seasonal campaign materials
* Support new store openings with consistent visual standards and impactful retail environments
* Develop and implement innovative merchandising strategies aligned with marketing and sales objectives
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
* Translate product stories into captivating displays and layouts
* Lead and mentor field visual merchandisers, fostering creativity and excellence
* Provide feedback and training to teams on merchandising execution and brand standards
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in visual merchandising, marketing, fashion design, business, or related field
* More than 5 years of multi-unit visual merchandising experience, including leadership roles
* Proven experience in developing and implementing strategies across diverse retail formats
* Proficient in visual design and content creation tools
* Skilled in PC
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Fluent level English (TOEIC 800-)
Preferred requirements:
* Experience with large-scale store openings (around 1000 sqm)
* Skilled in Photoshop/Illustrator
