A global luxury fashion company is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales promotion plans to increase store traffic and sales
* Collaborate with retail, merchandising, visual merchandising, e-commerce, and planning teams to align initiatives with business objectives
* Plan and execute in-store activations, seasonal promotions, and product launches
* Localise global marketing initiatives in partnership with international teams
* Plan and execute retail events including VIP experiences, fashion showcases, and store openings
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign and event execution
* Support CRM initiatives and develop in-store experiences that strengthen customer engagement
* Analyse campaign performance metrics and leverage data insights to optimise strategies
* Develop retail marketing tools, including POP, DM, digital signage, and posters
* Manage GWP ordering and inventory control
* Review and manage retail media across department stores, outlets, websites, SNS, and OOH
* Manage sales promotion budgets, track KPIs, and report performance to leadership
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
* 2-3 years of experience in sales promotion, retail marketing, or related roles within fashion, luxury, or retail industries
* Proven experience in campaign planning, event execution, and cross-functional project management
* Skilled in market analysis, consumer behaviour insights, CRM initiatives, and retail marketing tools
