An international electronics company is looking for a Sales Operations Sr Manager. The selected candidate will lead strategic and operational support for the Japan sales organisation, optimising sales processes, forecasting accuracy, and system utilisation to drive business growth. This is a hybrid setup role.
仕事内容
An international electronics company is looking for a Sales Operations Sr Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage sales operations activities to support the Japan sales team
* Ensure smooth customer support during product delivery to enhance customer satisfaction
* Oversee order processing and delivery schedule adherence to enable seamless sales execution
* Handle product inquiries and coordinate internally on quality and delivery issues
* Provide regular demand forecast reports and actionable insights in collaboration with Sales and SCM
* Monitor forecast accuracy and partner with sales teams to improve performance
* Optimise sales processes, reporting, and system usage, including CRM and ERP tools
* Maintain and improve SAP and Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency
* Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, eliminate defects, and enable innovation
* Collaborate with overseas offices to strengthen coordination and information sharing
* Develop team capabilities through people management, skill development, and performance improvement



Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in business or a related field
* More than 5 years of experience in sales operations or related roles within the automotive industry
* Proven experience in project management, organisational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
* Proficient in Salesforce, SAP, MS Excel, business analytics, and sales operations processes
* Familiarity with sales enablement tools, customer experience frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Business level Japanese and English
