A multinational pharmaceutical organisation is looking for a Key Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain trust with key doctors and healthcare institutions using tailored communication styles
* Identify doctors' needs, challenges, and opportunities to demonstrate product value
* Plan and execute area lecture meetings, coordinating roles, speakers, and presentation materials with compliance
* Cultivate recommended speakers and potential Thought Leaders to support product messaging
* Provide feedback from key opinion leaders to inform marketing strategies
* Collaborate with sales team to align tactics with overall product objectives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
* Experience in marketing, MSL, or Key Account Marketing is desired
* Prior experience as a medical representative is a plus
* Proven MR, marketing, or MSL experience is ideal
* Possess valid MR qualification is preferred
* Fluent level Japanese; proficient in English is preferred
