An international facilities management company is looking for an HR Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle
* Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and talent mapping
* Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including training and development
* Coordinate payroll activities with third-party vendors
* Implement, promote, and enforce company policies and procedures
* Support internal accounts in all HR activities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with employees
* Advise management and staff on HR policies, programs, and compliance
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in HR, business, or a related field
* 4-6 years of HR experience in a similar role
* Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and training processes
* Proficient in MS Office tools
* Native level Japanese; business level English
