A global fashion eCommerce company is looking for an HR Director.Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute HR strategy for Japan
* Lead recruitment, employer branding, and workforce planning
* Establish HR policies, payroll, and benefits frameworks
* Drive onboarding, L&D programs, and organisational culture
* Manage performance evaluation and employee relations
* Implement HR metrics and provide data-driven insights
Requirements:
* More than 15 years of HR experience
* More than 5 years in senior roles
* Experience in fast-scaling orgs
* Knowledge of Japanese labor law
* Native level Japanese; business level English (Korean is ideal)
Preferred requirements:
* Prior fashion or eCommerce experience
* Experience launching global operations in Japan
* Prior experience working with Korean HQ
