【業務内容詳細】
We’re looking for a HR Business Partner to support business performance in Japan by turning HR strategy into day-to-day results. You'll work closely with local leaders to manage the full employee lifecycle—from performance and succession planning to employee relations—while ensuring alignment with global standards and compliance with Japanese labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive HR Strategy Execution – Align local People initiatives with global HR strategy, adapting to Japan’s cultural and legal landscape.
- Partner with Business Leaders – Provide hands-on support in org design, coaching, and employee relations; escalate issues based on risk.
- Manage People Cycles – Lead performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning to support a high-performance culture.
- Boost Engagement – Collaborate with leaders to act on employee feedback and maintain accountability through regular check-ins.
- Support Workforce & Talent Planning – Align headcount and succession planning with business needs; track development plans for top talent.
- Ensure Compliance & Policy Application – Apply local labor laws and internal policies consistently; keep documentation accurate and up to date.
- Oversee Operational Quality – Work with Payroll & Operations teams to maintain high accuracy in data, payroll, and process standards.

- 必須

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- 8-10+ years of relevant HR experience
- Experience in HR BP or HR Management roles
- Strong communication skills
- Strong influencing skills
- Good business acumen
- Ability to use data
- Good PC skills
- Strong labor law knowledge
