A global IT company is seeking a Compliance Promotion professional (Prospective Leader to Manager).Responsibilities:
* Supervise group members and review deliverables
* Foster team growth and skill development through coaching and training
* Manage compliance reporting to supervisory authorities
* Serve as the main point of contact for compliance-related inquiries
* Implement and monitor the company's compliance framework
* Plan and execute compliance training programs and committee operations
Requirements:
* More than 3 years of experience in legal, compliance, and risk management
* Experience in member management
* Prior experience at a financial institution
* Understanding of laws and guidelines relevant to payments
* Native level Japanese; proficient in reading and written English (TOEIC 800+)
