A global professional services company is looking for a Business Development Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead sector-based business growth initiatives aligned with revenue targets
* Build and expand relationships with key and global accounts to drive larger deal closures
* Upsell and cross-sell additional products to existing customers
* Identify and develop new prospects through targeted outreach and pipeline generation
* Execute the end-to-end sales process by assessing needs and proposing relevant solutions
* Track opportunities, forecasts, and sales activities accurately using CRM and sales tools
Requirements:
* Background in Life science, Healthcare industry
* Experience in working with the marketing function, including an appreciation of campaign planning and execution through multiple channels
* Prior experience of the field sales function
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Native level Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
* Experience in medical device industry, notified body/TIC industry, or regulatory affairs
