A multinational commercial vehicle manufacturing company is looking for a Financial Analyst.Responsibilities:
* Drive profitability, cash flow, and capital efficiency initiatives across the Group
* Collaborate with accounting and investor relations teams to deliver financial insights and narratives
* Support investment and capital allocation decisions to maximise value creation
* Evaluate and monitor synergy initiatives with product planning and strategy teams
* Develop and implement FP&A policies, ensuring transparent reporting of financial performance indicators
* Lead cross-functional projects and provide management with key financial analysis and recommendations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics
* More than 3 years of financial planning and analysis experience in a multinational or listed company
* Experience in KPI-based external reporting and financial modelling
* Proficient in MS Office Suite, ERP systems, and data analytics tools
* Professional level Japanese and English
