A global industrial manufacturing company is looking for a National Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead the Direct Sales team to achieve sales targets and develop new and existing customer business
* Personally drive major sales initiatives and promote solution-selling approaches
* Monitor team performance, pipeline management, and provide accurate forecasts
* Define 3-year strategy, annual business plan, and AOP with the Zone Manager
* Manage financial performance, including DSO, SG&A, and stock levels
* Develop and optimise the sales organisation, including talent recruitment, retention, and competency development
* Ensure compliance with Social, Environment, and Safety regulations and internal policies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Marketing
* More than 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Account Management in a related industry and a global company
* Experience in KPI management, project management, strategic/value/solution selling, sales forecasting, and negotiation
* Skilled in operational management, business transformation, and team leadership
* Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
* Proficient in Japanese and English
