A renowned renewable energy solutions company is looking for a CFO.Responsibilities:
* Formulate and execute capital policy and equity and debt fundraising strategies
* Manage investor, banking, securities firm, and auditor relationships and reporting
* Lead IPO preparation including disclosure frameworks, J-SOX compliance, and governance
* Develop mid-term business plans and establish KPI and budget control frameworks
* Provide financial reporting and strategic insights to the board and executive committee
* Oversee group-wide management control, subsidiary governance, internal controls, and M&A support
Requirements:
* Experience in End-to-end finance leadership (Capital strategy & fundraising (equity and debt), financial planning, cash flow, cost / margin management, management reporting for executive decision-making)
* Prior IPO preparation experience
* Proven experience leading finance, accounting, legal, IR teams
* Proven Stakeholder management skills
* Business level English; professional level Japanese
Preferred requirements:
* Experience with overseas subsidiaries, M&A, or cross-border finance
