A multinational medical devices company is looking for an FP&A Manager.Responsibilities:
* Analyse financial performance, key metrics, and market trends within the Japan business
* Prepare and present financial reports with insights and recommendations for management
* Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with regional and corporate teams
* Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts reflecting market dynamics and business drivers
* Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and growth initiatives
* Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions against budgets and forecasts
* Monitor performance metrics and identify optimisation opportunities
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and documented requirements
* Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies in the Japan market
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
* 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or related roles
* Experience supporting the Japan market in a finance function
* Proficient in financial modelling, Excel, and analytical tools
* In-depth knowledge of Japanese accounting standards, business practices, and regulatory frameworks
* Professional level Japanese and English
Preferred requirements:
* Possess a valid MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA)
