A global biotechnology company is looking for an APEC Commercial Training Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver commercial and product training programs
* Plan and schedule training materials aligned with global directives
* Bridge regional needs with global expectations and execute KPIs
* Evaluate learner performance and provide actionable feedback
* Organise and monitor product learning, certifications, and assessments
* Lead initiatives, including onboarding, consultations, and new training projects
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or sales management (Invitro Diagnostics, Life Science and/or Oncology)
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Knowledge of standard sales models (e.g. SPIN, CSS, PSS, etc)
* Business level English (CEFR B1/C1 or equivalent); fluent level Japanese
Preferred requirements:
* Experience in sales training
* Prior experience working with Commercial Partners
* Possess valid Trainer's Certification or a Certificate in Training and Assessment
