A global computers and electronics manufacturing company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.Responsibilities:
* Advise the CEO and Board on financial strategy, business performance, and capital allocation
* Lead global finance functions including FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, and risk management
* Strengthen internal controls and financial governance across international operations
* Drive digital transformation to enhance financial data visibility and decision-making
* Ensure compliance with IFRS, JP GAAP, and US GAAP requirements
* Support long-term growth through disciplined financial planning and resource optimisation
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in finance, Accounting, Economics or Business
* More than 10 years of progressive finance leadership
* Fluent level Japanese and English
