A global manufacturing company is seeking an HR Manager with a focus on Total Reward.Responsibilities:
* Manage all HR and general affairs functions, with emphasis on Total Reward
* Administer personnel expenses and benefits programs accurately and on time
* Serve as primary contact for the union, managing queries, issues, and negotiations
* Ensure compliance with health programs and government requirements in coordination with the company doctor, lawyer, and labor consultant
* Handle audits from tax authorities and internal/external auditors
* Oversee recruitment activities and manage contractors
Requirements:
* More than 8 years of experience in HR
* More than 5 years of experience as payroll specialist at a multinational company
* Experience in payroll, tax, social benefits, an expats
* Prior experience with collective bargaining process is ideal
* Proven experience with labor cases is preferred
* Knowledge of C&B, payroll, Japanese labor law and income tax
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Business level English
