A renowned interior design manufacturer is seeking an Accounting Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead daily accounting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities using SAP and support tax filings
* Manage audit-related processes
* Oversee liquidity planning and cash management
* Coordinate intercompany transactions and support retail operations
* Assist in budget preparation
* Implement financial process improvements to enhance efficiency
* Partner with internal teams to support business initiatives
* Develop and mentor accounting team members
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, Finance, or related field
* More than 5 years of accounting experience as a lead (SAP ERP usage)
* Background in process optimisation and operational excellence
* Proficient in Japanese
Preferred requirements:
* Experience in B2C industries (e.g., retail, e-commerce, consumer goods)
* Possess valid CPA or equivalent qualification
