プロジェクトマネジメント経験、データ分析スキル、戦略的思考力
戦略的な思考力を有し、以下のいずれかの分野で実践的な実務経験を有する方：オペレーション戦略、経営コンサルティング、成長戦略、コマーシャル分析、エンタープライズマネジメント
戦略プロジェクトの統括、チーム間連携の推進、そしてデータに基づいた実用的なインサイトに基づく意思決定への働きかけの経験
グローバルおよび中国語圏のステークホルダーとの社内コミュニケーションのため、中国語と日本語の高度な筆記および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力が必須です。
望ましい資格：
TikTokなどのコンテンツベースプラットフォームに類似したビジネスモデルに関する知識/理解
さまざまな市場、セクター、国での業務経験
