【業務内容詳細】
-Develop strategic purchasing plans aligned with organizational goals.
-Lead cost-reduction efforts, including annual negotiations.
-Negotiate long-term supplier contracts to secure stable, competitive terms.
-Improve supply chain efficiency and reliability.
-Drive supplier performance improvements.
-Assess quotations and oversee supplier selection for new parts.
-Identify and qualify sourcing partners based on capability and strategic value.
-Conduct limited international travel to support global sourcing activities.
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
-4+ years of experience in procurement, SCM or related fields.
-Automotive background is a plus!
-Business-level Japanese.
-Business-level English.
-Willing and able to travel for business as required.
-Strong logical thinking, organizational skills, and teamwork.
-Demonstrates responsibility, work ethic, and persistence in negotiations.
-Able to assess changing situations, show curiosity, and take initiative.
