A leading technology manufacturing company is looking for a Manager, Customer Engineer.Responsibilities:
* Forecast financial, manpower, and operational needs and pursue service agreement business
* Manage system start-ups, local inventories, warranty costs, and RMA procedures
* Ensure customer satisfaction with service and system performance
* Hire, train, and develop customer engineers to support regional business
* Drive employee satisfaction through goal setting, communication, and career development plans
* Promote quality improvement processes to enhance technical performance and reduce cycle time
Requirements:
* Experience in service business management or PL management or business management and people management
* Proficient in MS Excel
* Skilled in people management
* Background in cost (labor, parts, and more) management
* Proficient in English (TOEIC 850+)
Preferred requirements:
* Prior semicon experience
