A renowned audiovisual and unified communications solutions provider is looking for a General Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead and support branch personnel, including training and task allocation
* Manage daily financial activities, budgeting, and business planning
* Drive sales, productivity, and cost management initiatives
* Oversee branch operations based on P&L and budget
* Control inventory and branch assets
* Ensure service quality, compliance, and effective communication with corporate
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Business, or related field
* 4-6 years' management experience managing a diverse operation with multiple business units (Audio Visual or Construction industry is ideal)
* Experience with budget preparation, fiscal management, and cash management
* Prior experience developing and implementing business processes and streamlining operations
* Proven experience with planning, implementing and managing the activities of an installation workforce through recruiting, training, scheduling and best practices techniques
* Possess valid driver's license
Preferred requirements:
* MBA or Master's Degree
* Experience with construction or project management theory and practices
* Background in business/strategic planning and execution, including diligence, acquisition and integration
* Knowledge with AV or other electro-mechanical systems
