A multinational engineering services company is looking for a Business Development Manager.Responsibilities:
* Identify, build, and convert new business opportunities across automotive, communication, healthcare, and life science industries
* Develop territory strategies and action plans to scale quarterly and yearly revenue
* Advise customers on industry trends, best practices, and long-term value creation
* Engage senior executives to build strategic long-term business relationships
* Present to executive-level decision makers and communicate vision and value propositions
* Maintain high levels of customer loyalty, trust, and integrity
* Manage client expectations to balance business and customer satisfaction
* Influence executive-level decisions through strong relationship management
* Develop proposal strategies and win themes
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 10-15 years of experience
* More than 5 years of experience selling in Japan and in engineering services
* Prior experience selling medium to large multiyear integrated deals
* Experience in managing end-to-end sales cycles from lead-gen to contracting
* Skilled in using at least one CRM tool such as Salesforce
* Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
* Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2+); business level English
Preferred requirements:
* BE or BTECH in engineering disciplines
* Possess a valid MBA qualification
