The selected candidate will drive financial analysis, process improvements, and strategic support for operations while strengthening finance capabilities across the APAC region. This is a hybrid setup role.

A global industrial technology company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Operational Finance.Responsibilities:
* Support local operations finance to enhance weekly and monthly reviews and cross-functional partnerships
* Develop and improve financial analysis models to identify risks and provide actionable business insights
* Track and monitor key financials, including revenue, margins, manufacturing costs, PPV, MV, inventory, and CapEx
* Support monthly closing and timely submission of financial packages to management
* Lead company standard cost development and maintenance in SAP and other costing systems
* Identify and implement cost reduction and working capital improvement initiatives
* Follow up internal audits and maintain SOX and internal control systems
* Provide ad hoc financial support for projects and business cases
* Lead finance projects as process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
* More than 10 years of finance and accounting experience
* More than 5 years of team management
* Proficient in MS Office Suite, Hyperion, SAP, BPC, and data warehouse solutions
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Fluent level Japanese and English (TOEIC 800+)
Preferred requirements:
* Experience in a manufacturing company's finance
* Prior automotive industry experience
* Possess a valid professional accounting qualification (CPA, CIMA, ACCA)
