A multinational automotive components company is looking for a National Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand sales channels to increase market penetration and brand awareness
* Implement effective sales strategies and cascade them to Regional Managers and team members
* Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
* Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
* Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
* Identify new potential customers and market opportunities
* Provide timely solutions aligned with clients' needs
* Stay up to date with new product launches
* Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve revenue targets
* Maintain sales management and reporting tools
* Coordinate with Sales Directors to develop sales plans, budgets, and schedules
* Develop creative sales techniques and tactics to meet business goals
* Participate in sales conferences, industry meetings, and social networks to represent the brand
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 15-20 years of experience
* Experience in Sales & Marketing management in multi-national automotive components companies with a focus on Aftermarket
* Proficient in analytical skills, negotiation, situational leadership, and strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Fluent level English
Preferred requirements:
* Experience with CRM/Salesforce
