A global theme park and entertainment company is looking for a Purchasing Planning (Acting Section Manager).Responsibilities:
* Formulate and implement category purchasing strategies and cost reduction projects
* Develop and manage new vendor relationships, including specifications, pricing, and delivery negotiations
* Oversee and improve purchasing processes
* Coordinate and negotiate with relevant internal departments to secure agreements
* Conduct vendor risk assessment and management
* Lead subordinate development and team management
* Manage internal stakeholder relationships
Requirements:
* Practical experience in purchasing and sourcing work, including data collection, analysis, competitive bidding, and price negotiation
* Experience in planning category purchasing strategies
* Prior experience in subordinate training and team management
* Experience in internal stakeholder management
* Proficient in logical thinking and interpersonal relationship building
* Professional level Japanese and English
