<Responsibilities>
Work closely with company management and supervisors to gain a comprehensive understanding of the firm's policy, and foster productive and positive working environment Ensure and develop working rules and labor practices in compliance with national laws and international principles Monitor working hours and conditions, and propose solutions to ensure healthy sustainable work in close communication with employees and their supervisors Promote health maintenance, and provide preventive measures and support accessing to industrial physician Manage staffing across the organization among international offices, addressing client needs, employee growth, and immigration requirements Implement and optimize fringe benefits, and improve well-being and engagement of employees Maintain employee records, and process labor and payroll management accurately

<Qualifications and Experience>
・Bachelor’s degree
・5+ years labor management experience, at least partially in a professional service environment
<Skillsets>
・Solid experience or knowledge of payroll, benefits, working hour management, HR legal obligations, immigration procedure
・Familiarity with microsoft office application (outlook, excel, word, powerpoint)
・Experience of using SAP and attendance management system is plus
・Oral and written communication skills in Japanese and English at business level
・Meticulous processing ability
・Strong planning and decision-making skill
・Ability to position oneself as a discussion partner with senior management
・Strong interpersonal skill, team player in a multicultural environment

Annual Base Salary 850万円~1,100万円(ご経験やスキルにより相談)
・定額残業制。65時間/月の時間外労働割増賃金が定額残業手当として基本給に含まれる。それを超える場合には残業代を別途支給
・会社業績と個人評価に応じてAnnual Base SalaryのUp to 20%での支給可能性があります
